In this role, Bonner will oversee Terren’s Landscape Design & Build division, providing strategic leadership across sales, design, estimating, procurement, and construction. His focus will be on strengthening collaboration, refining project execution, and ensuring a seamless experience from initial concept through final installation.
Bonner brings more than 20 years of landscape industry experience, combining entrepreneurial leadership with extensive expertise in landscape construction, business development, and project management. As the founder and former President of Bonner Landscape Contractors in Exton, Pennsylvania, he built and successfully operated a multimillion-dollar landscape design, construction, and maintenance company serving residential and commercial clients throughout the region.

Under his leadership, the team has earned multiple tournament championships, including a recent victory in October. For Bonner, coaching is about more than winning games; it’s about building a positive culture where individuals feel supported, take pride in their contributions, and succeed as a team.
